Summary:
Villanova University, a top national ranked university as recognized by US News & World Report , is hiring an Information Processor to join the Office of Undergraduate Admission.

The Information Processor will assist with responsibilities related to Campus Visits and serve as a member in the Admission Resource Center ( ARC ) for matters related to consolidating records in Slate CRM (Customer Relationship Management), processing and updating applications, respond to inquiries (phone and email), support one to three admission counselors, etc.
As a frontline staff member, extreme confidentiality and discretion are required regarding both recruit and applicant information.
This individual will also assist with other duties as assigned by the ARC Supervisor and senior leadership in the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
As per University policy, a flexible rotating schedule of working from home one day a week is available.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
This individual will assist with managing and facilitating the flow of daily campus visitors coming through Austin Hall in the OUA and in the Connelly Center during the summer.
Responsibilities include welcoming families and checking in students; monitor the reception area so that admission materials are replenished, troubleshoot broad and frequently asked questions about Villanova University and the admission process; facilitate tour and Nova Nation Presentations ( NNP ) departures; reserve rooms for Group Presentations; offer/secure meal vouchers as need be, etc.
Will also need to be knowledgeable of contacts/liaisons in other offices and departments to assist with the visit experience.
On a daily basis this individual will review consolidating records (CR) of duplicate prospect and applicant records and assist with any Slate CRM special tasks as needed.
As a member of the ARC team, this individual will also assist with updating and processing inquiries of 23,000
first-year applications per year.
Assist with answering phones, opening mail, sorting, filing, scanning, supporting designated counselors, etc.
This requires the ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks while working under strict deadlines.
Will also perform other duties and assist with projects as assigned by ARC Supervisor, Associate Director for Data Management, Senior Associate Director for On-Campus Events, Director of Admission Operations and Executive Director of Undergraduate Admission.
Minimum
Qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma is required, along with 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in an office environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills; a friendly and welcoming disposition The ability to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion are necessary.
Knowledgeable of basic office equipment (personal computer, telephone, facsimile machine, scanner, copy machine, etc.
) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
), are required.
General understanding of the workings of an office in higher education and the responsibilities related to information processing and data entry are helpful.
Preferred
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred An understanding of the college admission process.
Must be outgoing, extremely organized and be able to work independently, yet at the same time, work as part of a team both in the Office and in the wider campus community.
In addition to basic knowledge of office equipment, it is preferred that the individual have experience with the following technologies:
Slate, Banner, Concur, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
